The location immersed in the rainforest was stunning. Our junior suite with a sea view offered breathtaking sights, especially when the sun set over the horizon. The staff delivered excellent service, always attentive without being overbearing. I enjoyed the garden view from our balcony, which added a peaceful ambiance to our stay.

The transportation costs to nearby attractions can be quite high.

This place suits me perfectly! I love the infinity pool, fitness center, and spa services. On my first visit, the staff helped me with local delivery recommendations, and they even pointed out monkeys and sloths! Don’t miss the mountainside massage. it's heavenly. I’m coming back for a city break.

The dining experience was delightful, focusing on fresh ingredients. Each meal felt like a special event. However, the food service could be improved. I faced long waits for meals, with one dinner taking over two hours, which really tested my patience. Cleaning staff could be a bit quieter in the mornings. a little more consideration in that area would be great. Overall, I had an amazing time with plenty of opportunities to hike and enjoy the local area, but the food service needs some attention to match the quality of the food.
