The breathtaking views of the rainforest and beach were absolutely mesmerizing. I couldn't help but feel completely immersed in nature. The delicious food prepared by the local chefs was a delightful treat for my taste buds. The luxury accommodations were a perfect blend of comfort and intimacy. The staff, especially Vienney, were incredibly friendly and made me feel right at home. The hike to the nearby waterfall was both fun and challenging, rewarding me with an unforgettable experience. The massage overlooking the rainforest was pure bliss. The lack of phones and TVs allowed me to fully disconnect and unwind. The abundance of activities within driving distance added to the excitement of my stay. Despite the long drive from San Jose, the journey was well worth it. I highly recommend this incredible hotel.

This hotel is simply luxurious. From the exclusive amenities to the attentive service, every need was fulfilled. the outdoor swimming pool and Jacuzzi with a stunning view of the lush rainforest and the ocean was a highlight of my stay. the infinity pool area is perfect to relax and soak up the sun. the spa & wellness centre provided a wonderful full-body massage with body wraps and a facial. the beauty treatment was amazing and undoubtedly rejuvenating. The location advantages provide plenty of opportunities for leisure activities, such as hiking through the rainforest or whale watching. Cons: the only minor issue I found was that there was no welcome drink provided on arrival. It would have been more welcoming to have been offered a fruit juice or cocktail rather than just water.

Stunning property on 26 acres in the rainforest with incredible views of the Whale's Tail. Many trees, birds, butterflies, and wildlife near the rooms. Excellent Hermosa Suite with comfortable bed and turn down service. Exceptional staff, felt welcomed and like family. Best food ever with fresh seafood and variety of cuisines. Masterful bartender and friendly servers. Breathtaking view from the guesthouse at 500 meters above sea level. Amazing and helpful personnel. Splendidly food from chef. Charming staff, beautiful rooms, and excellent amenities. Hotel made us fall in love with the location.

We had such an incredible stay at this hotel. The views from our room, perched high in the hills, were absolutely breathtaking. We could see the famous Whale's Tail beach in the Pacific Ocean from our window, and the lush green mountains surrounding us added to the beauty. The hotel facilities were top-notch, and the cleanliness was impeccable. The breakfast spread was delicious with a variety of options to choose from, and the staff went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel like family, knowing our names and making us feel welcomed. The location, on a cliff just below the restaurant, was perfect for enjoying the stunning scenery.

Honestly, we didn't have any negative experiences during our stay at this hotel. The only thing we could say was that the Wi-Fi signal wasn't very strong in some areas of the hotel, but even that wasn't a big concern for us as we spent most of our time enjoying the beauty of the place.
